We’re excited to share that Cole Napper, a people analytics trailblazer, has joined Orgnostic as VP of People Analytics and Product Evangelist.
Cole has over a decade of experience in building HR centers of excellence from the ground up to scale — with an expert focus on People Analytics. He has been championing People Analytics across a number of companies, including Texas Instruments, Toyota, PepsiCo, Motive, and Booster. He is also Co-Host of Directionally Correct, A People Analytics Podcast with Cole & Scott.
Cole’s unique blend of first-hand experience in scaling HR teams and deep knowledge of people analytics tools and products is a great fit for our team, as we continue to bring people analytics to both enterprises and high growth organizations.
