Will my subscription automatically renew?

Your subscription is set to automatic renewal. You will receive a notification one month priori to the expiration of your annual subscription about the renewal date.
Should you choose not to proceed with a subscription you can cancel your membership renewal through your account page.

What is the refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds for unused membership periods.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership renewal through your account page. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

Can I share my account with annual licence with other people?

One account should be used only by one person if you want to get certified and get HRCI credits. For team plans where you can get annual access for multiple members please refer to Tailored pricing plan and/or reach out to us via [email protected]

Can I put my annual plan on hold?

Your full-access, annual subscription is active from the moment you complete the purchase. It is not possible to postpone the expiration data.

What forms of payment do you accept?
